Where We Ship

The-PrinterHub offers shipping to all mainland U.S. states. We don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing

We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to process your order.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing

The-PrinterHub offers a flat rate shipping fee of $20 per item. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Shipping method: FedEx Two Days

  • Shipment cost: $12.95 USD
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 business days 

Shipping method: FedEx Standard

  • Shipment cost: $19.95 USD
  • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

The-PrinterHub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We have 21 Days return policy, if you are not getting what we have told. Kindly connect with us, so that we can fix your queries.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at Sales@the-printerhub.com.
